Coerver AZ Apprentice Program - Training with PURPOSE

HS/College Soccer Players that want to develop training and leadership abilities.

Our Apprentice Program is a formal structured development program for future Coerver trainers and intended to develop the whole player with increased soccer knowledge.  Our goal is to build future leaders through strong communication skills, initiative, work ethic and discipline.  Our apprentice trainers will get direct feedback from Directors and Pro Training Staff.

These roles start out as volunteer staff who with hard work, strong communication skills and demonstrated training ability can progress to paid roles in the future.

Apprentice staff have to demonstrate strong Coerver skills and a desire to train and help others learn.
