Training HS/College Preps Program for April - May
Designed for the Soccer player - HS level that wants to keep their skills sharp, fitness high, and get a fast paced soccer training session that is also FUN!
Players are Freshman - Seniors in High School for our HS Sessions
April Sessions at Arizona Sports Complex (indoor)
Sundays at 5pm May 5, 12 @ASC Ages 14-18

Small Group Intensive Training for HS/College Soccer players
Summer Program includes GYM and TURF training:
Stay Fit, Fast, and Strong with a great First Touch! (Accountability and Fun)
Improve First Step Quickness, Acceleration and Deceleration, Agility, and Strength Training in the GYM with Athlon Trainer
ACL injury prevention activities with strength trainer
Learn Proper Recovery Techniques - access to cold plunge and recovery tools
Soccer Footwork, Passing/Receiving, Small Sided Games on TURF with Coerver Pro Trainers
Time with the TOCA touch trainer (ball machine) with a Coerver Trainer
How the program works! 90 Min Workouts at Athlon Performance Center 6:30pm start
50% Players will work in small groups in the Athlon Gym (strength, conditioning, speed, agility)
50% Players will work on turf with Coerver Trainer (ball mastery, passing/receiving, TOCA ball machine, small sided games
We will only take 10 players for a group in the monthly program
Players can do evening sessions Tues-Wed-Thurs and Fri afternoon at 1pm at Athlon Performance Center
3-4 Sessions per week indoors for a monthly fee of $399 (space is limited)
